Task & concept

A concept redesign for iCode-Le, a real one-on-one and small-group programming school in Leskovac. The original site tried to say everything at once - programming, Office, AI, STEM, Arduino and workshops piled onto one page, an empty shop, a membership pitch, and every call-to-action pointing at the same generic Google Form. There were no prices, and nothing about the person actually teaching. The offer was strong, but a visitor had no clear path from “I’m curious” to “I booked a lesson.”

The site was rebuilt around a single, honest funnel: what you can learn (three focused areas), who it’s for, what a lesson actually looks like, and three clear ways to start - each with a real price. Trust was moved to the surface with a section about the teacher, testimonials and an FAQ that answers the questions people were emailing to ask.

The logo was redesigned as well, and the full visual system was built in Figma and Adobe Illustrator, with the front-end coded through AI-assisted development. The brand’s blue and orange were kept, but set into a light, airy layout anchored by a signature “code editor” in the hero - a live, syntax-highlighted glass panel floating over a faint field of ones and zeros. The layout was checked in Samsung S25 Ultra, iPad and MacBook previews and on touch, with its own tablet layout instead of a stretched phone screen. It feels less like a flyer and more like the place where real projects get built.

Information architecture
One honest funnel - what you learn, who it’s for, how a lesson works, three ways to start, proof, FAQ, then book.
Visual system
The brand’s blue and orange in a light, airy layout, with a glass code editor as the signature element.
Interaction
A live, syntax-highlighted code panel in the hero over a subtle field of ones and zeros, with hover and motion states throughout.
Responsive
Rebuilt for desktop, tablet and mobile, with real prices and a working booking form replacing the old generic Google Form.
